Thank you so much for all your help yesterday, re-doing my lashes that were horificly appied by Jenis Salon in Stellenbosch (Jeni's Nail, Body & Skincare Studio, Shop 101, Eikestad Mall, Andringa Street, Stellenbosch, 7600). Your eyelash lady was the absolute best i've ever experienced and so friendly. I was in tears at what the other salon had done and she was an absolute gem. Cannot thank you all enough including receptionist and manager. thank you

Terrible, terrible place. Really disappointed by the confused receptionist, whose unprofessionalism completely ruined our last day in Cape Town! Calling on Monday 22 January 2018, we asked to make an appointment for eyelash extensions for Tuesday 23 January 2018. The receptionist told us the eyelash therapist only works on Wednesday's and Thursdays but then suggested she'd call the therapist and ask if she could come in on a Tuesday. She said she'd call us back, which she did, with q positive reply: we got a booking at 1 pm Tuesday 23 January. Not a great time for a last day in Cape Town as it completely cuts up the day, but my daughter so wanted her extensions that we planned our day around this arrangement, AS PROPOSED BY THE SALON's receptionist. I called at 10 am before going over to reconfirm the appointment. We arrived before 1. No therapist. After 20 minutes we were informed that it was a misunderstanding" and that the therapist only works Wednesday's and Thursday's. Completely ruined all of our plans. Really

Lovely beauty spa centrally located in Seapoint. Staff are very friendly. Very professional. Very good facials at competitive prices. Also do manicures pedicures. Tanning and massages. I will definitely be back.
