I received poor service from this company. It literally took months for the process from quote to installation. Once the windows had been installed, there was very shoddy workmanship and I had to speak to the manager before the problems were sorted. Poor supervision of the workmen.

They placed the windows incorrectly and after we called them back to either repair or refund,They simply ignore our calls. Very unprofessional and they not interested in assisting us or fixing their mistakes.

Algoa Joinery's teem were helpful at the beginning but we had to call them back 5 times to fix our windows because they kept leaking. We asked for the team to have senior supervision which was promised but never delivered on and when our floors were damaged due to the leak, the owner, Mirko refuses to take accountability or even look at the videos we have of their windows leaking. He has gone on to refuse to take our calls or respond to messages.
