I had called and spoke to him on the phone he asked to please message his mobile and arrange a time and day, I did with no response for 4 days. I called and asked if he had received my message to which he apologised and explained he was busy but yes will attend the job on the Friday at 11.30am (one week from when I had phoned).Friday came, after waiting half an hour with no one showing up I phoned and he told me “sorry I was meant to message you just been busy I can’t make it, I’m on a roof can I come later this afternoon I’ll call you shortly with the time”. I never got a call back, never received a message. Disgusting! I would never recommend to anyone. I was more than patient and understanding and never once rude. If he didn’t want the job, should have just said and not messed me around for over a week. Worst experience with a trade ever. Do not waste your time with such an ignorant person who clearly doesn’t care for your business.

I cant speak highly enough of Pat, his work was excellent and work ethic was great. The job was professional and left very tidy. No hesitations in recommending Pat for any future work .

The finish on my new cabinets was absolutely divine! Terry and the crew did their work quick, answered all my questions, and didn't make me do all the clean-up after they were done. After service like that, I am never looking anywhere again.

Absolutely never would i use this Company. Booked a quote in for 8.30am, no show rang 1800 No 3 times, spoke to 3 different ladies each one telling me someone would call me straight back, today nearly 24hrs later i get a call saying the guy had Covid. Very rude, kept speaking over meBecause you have Covid you cant text a possible client to tell them?

Very quick and responsive - helped meet a tight timeline by fixing a gutter that was needed for other work being done

My experience echoed that of the two previous posters. Really poor communication, no organisation, no follow-up, no interest - on two separate attempts to get quotes done. Would never bother with them again.

Needed help with remounting a bespoke external water filter to the wall to enable changing over filter casings (one of which was leaking). Pat not only was responsive and patient coming up with a quote, but he was prompt, provided clear and friendly advice, and not only efficiently fixed the mount, but also saved the day by doing the lion's share of changing the casings over!When you hit that point that your own skills and/or kit aren't gonna cut it, can definitely recommend!

Pat did a thorough job cleaning our gutters/down pipes and left the place cleaner than he found it. I've already requested his services again for another job!
