Received excellent service from Garth at Cellucity, Cavendish this past weekend. He was so polite, thorough and explained the various options in detail to my daughter and I. He went the extra mile and it was a great experience. Thanks Garth!

I had friendly and very useful help in setting up my new phone from Matthew in Cavendish Square

The staff are unfriendly and completely useless. I went in to upgrade my phone. The staff had no idea about the different packages available and kept trying to up sell me to higher data and airtime packages.When I got home and turned on the new phone, it wouldn't work. Unfortunately the next day was Christmas and I was away so I could only go back to the store after the 7 day return policy. Note: No one ever answers their phone so I couldn't even report the problem.When I returned to the store the staff firstly didn't want to talk to me or look at the phone and then when they eventually realized that the phone didn't even turn on, they accused me of dropping the phone and told me that I'd be charged to find out what the problem is. The phone hadn't ever been used. I'd taken it out of the box for 5 minutes. It wouldn't turn on. I placed it back in the box and returned it to them. Not a scratch or mark on it.I eventually agreed to pay and have the phone sent away to be checked. They did this and then I heard nothing for almost a month. During this time I repeatedly tried to call to get an update. They never answer the phone. Eventually one day miraculously someone answered the phone. They told me, O yes your phones been back for two weeks but no one wrote your details down or we lost the details so we didn't know who's phone it was."Absolutely pathetic service all round. If I could give a negative star I would."

Worst advice i have ever received about cellphone contract. Was wary of huawei but was assured that all good. Been a nightmare

On the 26th of August I bought a brand new cellphone along with headphones. The experience was great the guy that assisted me was awesome and helpful throughout. On the 30th of August exactly 34 days after I’ve made my purchase I experienced problems with my headsets took them back and I was told nothing can be done as the damage on them is classified as “physical damage”They never took the time to assess the damage on the headphones, only took one look at them and I was told I should take it somewhere else as they do not repair handsetsI spent R845.00 on the set as I was advised they are good quality and durable only to find out it would be a waste of my moneyWill not be purchasing anything from this store ever again

Freddy was superb & Uber efficient, really went out of his way to assist us, even to the extent of changing plans to save monthly costs. Thank u team, what a pleasant experience.
