They are the best. The staff is gentle and well experienced.

The only reason I give them 5 stars is because every time I phone for a quote or basic advise they keep on insisting that I bring the car. I work far and is super difficult to arrange a time. Would appreciate whatsapp and telephone advise to make an calculated decision on my budget before taking the car and paying the troubleshooting fee. Money is tight these days. They did gave a very reasonable quote on front lower control arms. Will see how service is once I take the car.

Mario knows BMWs -- which is a rare skill.

My 320d had a faulty mechatronics. I took it to Marios since their telephonic initial quotation was better than what BMW was charging me. The new mechatronics quotation was same as BMW's one costing arm and a leg, so I opted for a reconditioned part for half price, though there is no warranty on second hand parts. I just collected the car on Friday and it drives as like before, so far so good. It remain to be seen how far I will go with the car after they replaced the mechatronics. The workshop need to improve in terms of customer feedback, I felt like i called them many times asking for progress and sometimes e-mails are delayed or bounce. But overall Marios Workshop is a great place to take your Beemer and not hurt your pockets.

I have been getting excellent service from Mario Workshop since 2004 ! From my first E36 years ago to this day .He has cemented my brand loyalty as know there is a reliable workshop !

Make sure you take pictures of the interior. My car returned with torn interior leather.
