We purchased a 35x15x6 structure from them after going through three or four redesigns, and they never complained about it.The service provided by Jon-Marco was exceptional. We decided to handle the erection ourselves since we are located in Botswana, and everything fit perfectly according to the plans without any issues. We highly recommend them due to their excellent service and the great price for what you receive.

From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. Sm was so helpful from quoting phase all the way to finishing. Highly recommend them

Terrible experience with them. I received their service 1 year after I paid them. Lying to me every month. I went to their offices over 100 times to talk to them and they never came. I do not suggest doing business with them at all. Even after I paid them R2000 more in the last month, for them to come to close the job quickly, they continued to postpone it. Only the process to install the roof, which should have been 1 working day, was done after almost 2 months by them, sending me SMS and emails that would come tomorrow but just kept postponing it the next day. I paid them in August 2021 and my site was completed in September 2022. The client doesn't matter to them, doesn't even answer the phone, and they do not take into account the damage they cause to the client with their continuous delays.When you leave a negative comment, they attack you with threats and letters. One day after I left the negative comment, I was contacted 3 times by them (to remove it). If they were so dedicated to completing the job they are paid as fast as replying to the negative comments, I would not write this comment. I do not suggest working with them

Do not do business with this company as they are scammers.All the positive comments that have been posted here are from their staff because there is no customer who speaks positively about them.
