Richard and his dad, Uncle Mike, are both professional, friendly and always very helpful. They are my local bike shop and I visit them regularly, even if it is only to say hi. They run a well stocked shop, very efficient workshop with Cyril, their bike mechanic. Items are reasonably priced and I can recommend them any time for new bikes, rebuilds, services and gear

Took my bike for a check-up and repair of the cassette and a few other technical issues, which have been ongoing for some time. I could immediately sense that Richard was a complete pro and identified the issues immediately, and repaired my bike to such a level of perfection that my bike has never felt this good. These guys are the best!

Friendly people, great service...that was my rating 10 months ago. My last service experience was terrible as my e-bike got damaged. Not great at receiving negative feedback to improve and grow.My telephone conversation with Richard was quite ironic as he said I lambasted his company in the post while he was lambasting me personally on the phone.I do not wish my bad customer experience on anyone in the cycling fraternity especially as I have been treated during my call with the owner...and yes, they did break the part on my bike.
