Always good service from this PostNet branch, but Brandon really went out of his way to assist me.I couldn't be in Cape Town to collect an important parcel, so phoned them, they checked that it was available and Brandon guided me in getting the parcel to a PostNet branch in Gauteng by the next day. He even assisted the PostNet employee this side on how to do it.Parcel arrived in time and he even phoned me to make sure I know it had arrived.Excellent employees, such as Brandon, should be kept as long as possible.

I received excellent service today from Erin, she was friendly, helpful and efficient. Postnet Plattekloof is my go-to for small parcels sending and collecting.

Arrogant, lazy and unhelpful was the experience I received from the young woman at the counter. She could care less that I have a dozen parcels to send. I'll send them with 3@1 down the road. No packaging chips, no boxes, no bubble wrap, not even a smile! I will never go back to postnet, 3@1 were extremely helpful, had packaging chips and were kind enough to find some Fragile stickers.

Excellent service from Brandon. I had needed to send a package to Mt Edgecombe in Durban. He was so friendly and professional and assisted me without complaining even though I had arrived at the store 5 minutes before closing time. It is rare to get this type of customer service in Cape Town. I was very impressed. Thanks again Brandon.

Review 2020- sadly the work they did for me was so mediocre I had the work redone at 3@1 which is close to Pick and Pay, at a better price and quality service. Pity, as they are conveniently close to me but I'd rather go the extra km and have the job done properly, first time. Review 2019-To PRINT a page is less than a third of the cost than to scan and email a page to me. Yet the cost to scan and email for them is negligible so I don't know how their business model works. R1.50 for a copy and R8.00 per page to scan/email.

Always a fantastic experience! Erin, Brandon and leroy are all very hardworking and give excellent service everytime i go there. I would really suggest using PostNet Plattekloof.
