I am writing this to bring awareness to an issue I have noticed. I was called out to an interview about 20KM away, which only lasted 5 minutes. No consideration was taken for my time, money and effort for these travel commitments yet I was completely honest on my side about my current career and address. This information could have ALSO been obtained through email or a Zoom or Microsoft teams meeting. I have also received no response in a successful or unsuccessful application.I am writing this to prevent this injustice from happening to other interviewees, I am hoping consideration for their transport, time and more is taken into consideration before calling people out for an interview and not bothering to send them a response. This reflects poorly on the company's ethics and those who are in management at Pauls. People applying for this position are already in a poor financial standing.I only hope this sheds light on the issues and allows more consideration for fellow humans and those who struggle during these difficult times with the majority of South Africans' socio economic standing.Not to mention the grossly overpriced items... Support small companies which have reasonable pricing. Its a win win for small business owners and us (The Customers)

Worst customer service - my sister bought a cake two weeks ago and was not satisfied. She called to rectify the issue and was treated and spoken to in a very rude manner. Tried to email the customer service team and received no response. Wont be supporting them any longer.

I from Plastic Bubbles,I was making a delivery and the stuff was so welcoming from the security to the receiving department was so great and everyone you meet in the place they so wonderful.Keep up the good work you all rock ✌

Honestly one of the best ice creams I have tasted In Johannesburg. Definitely worth trying .

Consistently scrumptious and moreish! My favourite is Vietnamese coffee. Can’t get enough! And my fur babies thoroughly enjoyed their beautiful pup cake too. Will visit again soon soon

The choice of flavours was a bit dissappinting yesterday. 3 coffee flavoured type of ice creams are a bit too many. Still enjoyed the ice cream.

I ordered 2 birthday cakes for 2 different children. On collection i noticed the image for each cake had been mixed up. Paul's ice-cream could not rectify the error in time for the parties. As the cakes had the children's names on the them i had to give them the cake with their name on - therefore each child received the wrong flavour cake. I complained and was offered an R80 refund per cake on cakes that cost R370 each. Good luck to anyone ordering a special cake with a specific flavour and message.
