Waited 2.5 hours and this is what I got for a full inside and outside clean.Terrible

If you value your time and belongings just stay awayas far as possible from this place. Thid was not my first bad experience at Sparkling Auto Care Mall@Reds and it seems to follow a pattern. Left my vehicle there at 10am for a wash, there were 4 cars ahead of mine in the queue. Returned an hour later to find my car unlocked and parked to one side in the blazing sun while numerous other vehicles were being washed that arrived long after mine. Not sure if they are prioritising friends / specific customers' vehicles but couldn't get a straight answer on why this was happening. Needless to say, I took my keys and left. The manager that I spoke to had a don't care attitude. Seriously, if you feel like wasting your time, give this place a try, otherwise just go to a place that don't treat their customers and their belongings like dirt.

I am extremely disappointed in this car wash. I asked for a valet, when I spoke to the lady I asked what was included, she did not give a clear explanation, so I took it as a normal valet which should include a chassis clean, they failed to mention that their machine is broken, which I only found out after paying, this is just poor customer service, the receptionist should have informed me prior to me coming in.Another thing is they didn't even bother to clean the cup holders in my car, saw the next day that there was still liquid that I spilled in it previously, if they didn't even bother to clean this why should I believe that they cleaned the rest of car properly, extremely disappointed, if there was a zero rating that is what is should get.

Was there on Sunday, had to wait 1h50 in the queue (which was not that long from the look of it), when i eventually got in front i realized that the queue was actually very long, but cars were being parked in 2 rows next to each other in front, these were all cars that was left there by its owner while the owner were having lunch or doing shopping.... i humbly asked the person who was moving the vehicles to kindly assist me as we have been in the queue for 1h50min and we had an appointment at 15:00, i also told him that we did not know it will take this long as the queue was not that long (that was before we got to the front and noticed that everyone whom left their cars there were being parked next to each other, he apparently went to the manager (who was more concerned about her child than her customer) and she apparently said she cannot assist. Neither one of them even had the integrity to just walk to our vehicle and explain, i had to ask the guy again who then advised that sorry they wont be able to assist. We were THE ONLY ones who was sitting in our cars, waiting in the queue....i guess this is because everyone else knew that this is a 3 hour exercise. This entire process took 1h50 because ine worker had to move the cars forward with no occupant in, one by one, which took 5 minutes every time and especially in the wash bay takes even longer

Exceptional service. Lee was of great help she went the extra mile to ensure that everything that we needed was available and done accordingly and she made great suggestions as well. Overall she’s was extremely friendly. I would recommend this place for everyone who genuinely cares about their car.

Nobody bothered to tell me that my vehicle was done being vacuumed and dried.I inspected my vehicle afterwards only to notice something which looked like a scratch mark on the inside of my passenger side door window(on the smash and grab film), someone approached me and asked whether everything was okay, since he noticed me looking at something, long story short, he said that they can't take responsibility as it could've happened anywhere, they apparently don't use anything hard on the interior, and he just left, I got this mark off by rubbing quite hard with a soft cloth, but by this time the person had disappeared.Later I noticed that passenger side door handle also has a scratch on (picture included), coincidentally more or less the same width, but this time it's on the plastic of the interior door handle, so no rubbing this one away.There are also multiple spots where my vehicle is still clearly dirty. See images of front bumper and behind the side mirror.Not the best car wash I have ever had, not by a long shot.

I have washed my car there multiple times, and every single time my rims are still dirty! On the positive side, they are very fast. Perhaps spend more time on the wheels and you will have a 5/5.

We took in our Triton for a wash, dry and inside clean. Both the outside and the interior was left dirty/dusty. It looked like they really did not even try to deliver a decent service. The canopy was unlocked especially so they could wash inside, this was not cleaned at all...so why pay the price for a 'bakkie' /SUV?

I took my fortuner in at 8am got it back at 18.00. The team at sparkling did a detailed clean, every book and cranny were done perfect. My little girl forgot het purse in the car with r350 in it. One onf the workers returned this to us with everything still in it.I will definately return and strongly suggest you give them a try.
