I called and asked if they have certain parts for NP200. The consultant made me hold for 10 minutes then they said they have the parts. Got there and stood on the queue for more than an hour only to find that they don't have the parts.

This is the worst spares shop I have ever been to. I bought a clutch kit there a few months ago only to find that my vehicle does not need a new clutch. I decided to return the clutch kit as I had not used it and it is still sealed and I have the receipt. To my shock I told that I cannot get a refund nor get something else in exchange. I will never buy from this place again as they do not value their customers.
