PostNet Canal Walk

I ask the lady in the store to scan and email the documents to my email when I got to the office to check the email there was no email I called Postnet the phone was ringing without an answer then I sent an email to the store and no response. Postnet scammed me shame

I've honestly seen much better services at the other branches. I may be giving a unfair review of the business but the employment and management there is terrible. This is my personal experience from going there once, 1 station is packed with customers waiting while 2 others have attendants but, not refuse to help, but, with my own ears, heard one of the send a customer to a busy counter. I've always been to different branches like the cape gate one since i live closer to it, all i can say is i was unfortunate to step foot in the canal walk branch. The moment i walked to the front counter that was empty, the attendant just looked at me with disinterest and had a terrible tone after i greeted very nicely. All i wanted was a print out and thats all. Just something small... I swear, the attendant looks old and lazy but never had i ever felt so much impatient to happily leave for a print after waiting for a entire 30 minutes. At one point before i went to the store, i didn't know where postnet was in the mall, i asked around, one lady working in the little alley with stores said with a bit of hesitation and explained how poor some of the employees there work hard and some just laze around, she did say that its not far and i should best go to kodak if i need to do something small. I should've taken her advice and left to kodak

Terribly slow. I stood in the shop for 30mins to print 3 pages which i emailed in advance. The person who eventually does my prints tells me she didnt recieve the email. I then take out my laptop out of my bag to resend only to find that its already sent. Then only she decides to refresh her email. Isnt that the first thimg you do?? Fffs!! 30mins to print 3 pages!!

If I could rate it less I would, absolutely disgusting service, managers don't exist, never there and none of the other employees are able to do anything.Stay far far away!!!!

I came in to make some copies the Muslim lady on the counter as I was greeting she rudely interrupted me with a very loud voice Sorry my shift is over" and turned around and left me standing there still amazed... Bianca called with a smile on her face and assisted me."

If poor service was a company, it would be postnet, i stood waiting for 5min to get someone attention, i had to fake a cough just for the person on their phone with their back to me just to get a print out. Imagine having glasses but cant see a customer

Honestly I can see why the ratings at this store is so poor , the staff does not have knowledge of what postnet offers and is often not interested in doing something that requires them to stop chatting to each other and assist the customer. I was in your store 2 weeks ago wanting to print some stickers , keep in mind that I have used postnet before to print stickers, the lady leaning over the counter looks at me and looks down again , the other lady is finishing up a client , so I wait for her, she finishes and before I could ask for help she turns to her colleague and starts talking about the other colleague who just started her shift , talking about her looks , and how she is in a bad mood , etc eventually I said hi!!! And they said sorry mam, I was just telling her about the new girl , she has an attitude but I sorted her out ,they laughed . All this and I'm still waiting to ask her to print, eventually I ask her if she can print stickers for me , it's for stationery, she says 'unfortunately we don't print stationery stickers, I told her the ones with names , she says yes. I just walked out , I had my 2 kids so I didn't feel like arguing with them because I can see they not in the mood to work. Pathetic serviceI was on my way home and saw a postnet outside canal walk by the spar and asked the ladies there and they gladly helped me , even tho their store was busy they said they do print stickers and completed my transaction.

I had a really good service here today. The lady handled my printing and binding really well and professionally. I’d definitely go again because of it.

Excellent service. Chesray and Abdullah has been helping me since 2019 and even as I am on the other side of the world they continue to make my life so much easier! thank you for going over and beyond!

I give this place a 5 star because client satisfaction is their top priority. I went in there just before 9pm on a weekday rushing to print a colour brochure and unfortunately I cannot remember the gentleman's name who assisted me but he went over and above to sort our how best to print the brochure even printing a few duds before printing a final copy. This was really top notch service and I will definitely use them again
