We traveled with our choir with this bus company to Grahamstown. The bus was very comfortable but the drivers were not entirely friendly. They had more and more demands and trust issues. We offered to buy them lunch on the first day we arrived in Grahamstown but they declined, knowing very well that their meals were supposed to be covered by us. They barely allowed us to use the toilet. They complained when we needed to use the toilet for emergencies, saying that we caused the toilet to be blocked, which was impossible because only about 4 people used the toilet for the entire trip. They were also threatening us when some choristers brought alcohol on board, when the choristers knew very well that they were not allowed to consume it on board. The choristers had no intention of consuming alcohol. They also complained when we were standing up while the bus was moving; sitting down for an 11 journey can be uncomfortable on the legs. The trip ended up being a little unpleasant. We felt like we were at the mercy of the drivers with all these rules.
