PostNet Three Anchor Bay, Courier, Print & Copy

Good service. Efficient staff

FMS Wine Marketing creates private wine brands and at times has an incredibly short deadline. We have used PostNet Three Anchor Bay twice. The staff is very helpful but the label quality is not at all acceptable.Recently the back label text were double registered, giving a mirror image. The logo on the front label was also double and at places it is blurred.These wines were intended for a launch at Galleria in Durban. The client removed the labels and reprinted them at our cost. I told Postnet that I expect a full refund but despite phone calls and e-mails I have had no response.The first time that we used PostNet for labels [ATAVIE] it was also hotly contested by the client due to the gold circle being grey. This client in Midrand also printed other labels at our cost.

Terrible service. Very slow. They say you are rude if you ask too many questions.My questions were, do I get an sms or email recipet that it has been delivered?They said no you have to go online to track, but they make you write your cell and email for no apparent reason.When I asked my second question, can you please send me some sort of proof that it has arrived at the postnet and been collected, but they say I have to call and check.The reason why the rating is so low is because of the lack of service and the extreme charges.Why do I have to pay R450 to send a small package less than 1kg from sea point cape Town to lanseria right by the airport?It seems ridiculous to have to pay that much for a door to door delivery. Unfortunately the south African postal system is in shambles and this is my other option.

Brynmore at Postnet Three Anchor Bay is absolutely amazing! He is so helpful and nothing is too much for him to do. He has come to understand the way I do things and just knows how I like my documents set out and printed. He tries really hard to accomadate my last minute dot com requests. He even responds to my what’s app about printing after hours.

Since the new owners have taken over.. the shop is clean and neat. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I'd you have innovative ideas, this postnet can make your dreams a reality! Highly recommended
