Unable to get hold of them telephone numbers outdated

My package was not picked up on many occasion, driver forgot to take it. Or he does take it then it gets left at the warehouse, if I don't follow up to find out where my goods are it will lay by there head office till kingdom comes. And when I do phone it takes them a day to find it. We have waited up to 2 weeks for package to arrive because they loose them or don't care that it gets delivered. Now I have package that have gone missing and get no response from them as to how to solve problem. Customer service is also terrible, they are not very friendly and helpful. And this is not the first time I have these issues with them. Rather use a proper courier company like EPX.
