Didn't have a great experience today. One staff member was on her phone whilst another was just standing behind the counter not bothering to assist until I had to express my irritability in front of other customers, only then and to be told to wait for the Environ trained assistant who was helpful and friendly. I drove past Cradlestone to come to this store but sadly this is not the first time the service was unsatisfactory.

What a total dissapointment. Took my daughter for her first mani & pedi. The ladies was absolute just there to chase closing time. Will never ever take or reccomend this place to anyone.

Very unpappy with poor service. For 2 months in a row I booked appointments a month ahead of time and then 10min before a appointment they can not accommodate anymore on your time slot. So disappointed!!!
