Rude practice staff, extremely xenophobic Afrikaaners. Refuse to treat a patient who is a legal foreigner because doesn't have an SA ID number and when told when when booking was made that we would pay cash, still pushed the issue on day of appointment and forced the issue about medical aid. Even though medical aid spoke to them, and cash payment was an option they still would not budge. Treated the potential patient like a moron and kept saying the same thing.They will claim that the reason for refusal of treatment was that the patient was rude but that was after he had been treated condescendingly and like an inferior person.

Receptionist was rude and unfriendly to me because I arrived late for my appointment scheduled for 8h00. Was not interested in my reasons for arriving Twenty minutes late. My request to be allowed to wait and see if there might be a chance to fit me in the space of someone that might fail to turn up or be late like me was rejected. The reason given was that I must still fill in a form that takes long. I was told there is no opening for me the next Two days and that I can be given the following week on Monday. I asked the receptionist to allow me to complete the form, to avoid taking time on my next visit, was rejected. It was throughout clear that the receptionist was bend on turning me away than to accommodate me. I will never put my foot there again.
