Recently moved further from my regular Sorbet and decided to try this one (closer to new home). Poor experience. Been going to Sorbet regularly for over 10 years but today was just salty.

Very bad service, I mean they don’t even deserve a rating. ferosha booked me for 10:15 and 15 minutes later no one has started working on my nails. Bad service, staff members have bad attitude

I would definitely NOT use this business again. The therapist came out from the back about 8 min late, she did not even greet me. I was a new customer but they definitely lost a future customer.Very unprofessional

I popped in today to get a quick file and paint only tobe greeted by an empty reception desk and a therapist lounging on one of the pedi chairs charging her phone. Prancing in and out of the shop to make voicenote calls. People pay to come here to relax! This is not conducive to that. Such a pity becoz my quick paint was done well. The atmosphere is unprofessional.

I made an appointment and upon arrival I was told that the lady I booked was not available. The receptionists are not professional at all and they blame the client for booking errors. I wanted to flip off, but I had to remain calm for the sake of my sanity.

Extremely poor unprofessional service recieved from this branch. I did gel overlays and only noticed the poor quality of the work done when I was home. It was extremely untidy and not painted properly (the sides did not have paint) it was also very lumpy. I have visited many Sorbet stores throughout Gauteng and KZN and this store has the worse service by far. The environment is also very loud and noisey. I did complain and was eslatated to the owner. She did give me a call when I was not available and said he will call back in 10 minutes and I did not hear back from here at all. Do not waste your money and time visiting this branch!

The open and close times specifically say that the store is open till 17:00 on a Sunday. And it says the times were recently updated. It is 16:20 now and the store is closed. This is extremely poor customer service
