Very very bad service. I waited hours in line just to pick up a card.Wonder how does the branch manager get rated. If I had I known before hand would have asked them to sent my card to a different branch.

The service is good. Don't go to the bank if you not willing to bring with your patience. Standard Bank is good. My money is safe with them. Waiting might be long but the service is good!!!

Always full, always 1 or 2 consultants, they are slow, the branch needs MORE CONSULTANTS. If I could give 0 stars review I would. A simple cellphone number change can take your whole day.

I have been coming to this Standard Bank for years and service is ALWAYS BAD. Today most services were offline which made everything worse. No extra staff on duty to assist with the workload. All staff are just slow in general and not friendly. Customers sitting inside playing loud music from their phones and were not asked to quite down. The guy with the braids helps 1 person and walks around for most of the time. 2 offices standing open whereas customers could have been assisted. Waited for 2 hours outside and going in for almost an hour inside.

Standardbank Eersterivier service is very bad. Consultants work at their own pace and there always a few that is working. The wait is long and they dont have back up generators for when it is loadshedding. Just very bad service. I am considering leaving standardbank for another bank.
