I deleted my 5 stars reviews, the 2 stars is because Dr Henri is practicing there otherwise I would give 0 star towards the other Dr.I took my 15 year dog there when Dr Henri is on leave so I had no choice to see the other guy.He immediately suggested I should put down my dog and he was very moody and handled my dog very roughly.We visited our babies twice a day when they are in hospital, on the second day in the morning we have been told my dog isn’t eating they had to force feed him so we should consider to put him down, the 3rd day in the morning we didn’t see the Dr, in the afternoon my dog was discharged with R5600 bill but we still didn’t see the Dr.My dog come home with more problems we had to take him to another vet the next morning then find out he was over dosed with anti inflammatory cause stomach bleeding, it’s been 2 weeks he is still not getting better, now we are suspecting liver ore kidneys poisoning due to the overdose medication.Please Run Away if Dr Henri is not on duty.

I have a 85kg boerboel that does not take kindly to other touching him. He was given a light anesthetic in his trailer and treated their with no complications

Excellent service. Every staff member is very kind and friendly. Dr. Hendri was very informative and gave me all the possible treatment choices for my sick doggo. He advised it would be best to admit her for observation. I was allowed to go visit her and he thoroughly explained all the tests they did and treatment they had given. They are all experienced and professional in what they do. They work with an attitude of excellence and it's very clear that they are passionate about each and every pet that they take care of. Highly recommend this place. I'm relieved that I was able to take my doggo home today as he suggested that she feels more comfortable at home than there. I feel that the fees charged was very generous considering the amount of effort that was put into her treatment. I was updated twice a day on her condition and the progress that they are making. Even making an after hours phone call because I was so worried, Dr. Hendri was patient, calm and assisted me on how to manage her until he is able to examine her the following day. Very grateful and although my doggo isn't very fond of going to the Vet, she is now a happy and healthy doggo once again. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

I took my dog here as her quality of life drastically deteriorated and she had to be euthanized.I have no complaints as to how the procedure was done and how nicely the veterinarian treated my dog and myself during this difficult time. She showed a great deal of empathy and made it as painless as possible.The procedure was around the price I was expecting and not overpriced.I cannot say the same about the lady at the reception, however. And this is my single issue I have from rating the clinic higher. Her demeanor seemed disingenuous and she showed no form of sympathy towards us, given what we were going through. I would almost say she came off as obnoxious, at worst.Other than that, a very professional environment that helped us with this difficult time. I will be coming here again if my future pets have any ailments or are in need of shots.

This Vet is just a plesure and takes so good care of your dogs. Professional service and just great with animals. Always have the answer and so clean. Would not take my dogs anywhere else. Have been using them for 4years now. Just stunning. 10/10

Werner assisted and treated my Spaniel as he was injured and could not walk properly with his hind legs due to pain in the rearward area. Werner identified the problem and treated him appropriately with medication and we continued the pain and other medication issued for another week. Asjas indeed made good progress and it seems he will recover fully soon. Werner also phoned me to give an update during initial treatment at the clinic. Thank you Werner!
