Had a very good experience. Friendly owner and the staff did a good job. Can say car was spotless. Comes highly recommended.

Only giving it 1 star because you can't give anything less, but honestly does not deserve 1 star. Lovely place to go if you want your car scratched. Checked the car and noticed it still had tree glue and the guy that washed my car saw it too, he then picked up a stone and scratched the glue off my car, scratching my car paint too. My boyfriend told him to not use a stone and rather get something else. When we got home we noticed that our rear window was also scratched (the same as the car paint) we went back and asked to speak to the manager who in turn called the owner.The owner then asked us to wait while they washed 4 other cars because they were under staffed as he needed all of us there as it was our word against his employee, instead of sorting the problem out first.

Went to Cream to get my car washed and my car was treated by a gentlemen by the name of Fortune. Very firendly, professional and took his time to make every bit of my car perfect. Great value for money! Would highly recommend it and definitely looking forward to next visit soon.

Very quick and efficient. Every part of my car beautifully cleaned, with much attention to detail. Even polished in record time and sanitized interior once done. Definitely worth every scent.

Very Bad experience!Sat in the wash bay for 20+ minutes with no assistance and nobody in sight.Did a polish and wash and it wasn't even done properly.Seats weren't wiped, dash was still covered in dust.Roof had alot of water marks mixed with polish.Seats didn't get the leather treatment either that was included in the combo deal.Got into contact with the owner or manager and said I should message him when I'm available to rectify the issue, and it's been more than 4 days still didn't respond to me, (it's been 2 months now)I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHATSOEVER!!!WORST SERVICE EVER!!

1 - waited for assistance on arrival2 - wheels washed without rinse first3 - high pressure washer wasn't working4 - workers did not know what they were doing. Owners shouting infront of all drivers.5 - workers rinse car. Then soap. Then see places they missed. Then wash and rinse again for 10plus minutes6 - at vacuum bay. No area at all to wait. Have to wait it out in the sun while cars and water run passed you.7 - cars dried in sun. (I know it's a car wash but detailing 101 rule ?)8 - have to walk all they way back to entrance to pay by card. In this walk. You have to pass the car wash where the water just goes all over you. Workers don't seem to care.9 - asked the owners son if I could drive around and pay as I was with 3 year old daughter. He made a comment that will I really pay ?10 - 3 helpers on one car and still took forever. Door areas left dirty. Had to request it be cleaned.11- had another lady next to me with a younger kid. She had to wait the same on the side with us in the sun.12 - as you leaving all the water is rolling down the hill. Got to drive through that. Isn't the best feeling after a car wash ?13 - worst experience at a car wash ever.

Excellent car wash for an excellent price. I took my bakkie there after going to all the car washes in the area, Cream is the only place I came back to my car and had a smile on my face. I have finally found my regular spot, knowing that I don't have to do a 62 point check to see if my vehicle was actually cleaned and not just rinsed. I think the owner is to take full credit as to the tight ship he runs. Very helpful, very hospitable. Thanks Chade and Tracy!

I drive from Pretoria for this car wash. Service is excellent and Tracey and the other young gentleman are so warm. Worth it every time.

I took my car for the first time to this establishment on 26 April 2022 as i work opposite the road from them and would be convenient to take my car there weekly to get my car nice and clean every week and they have done a pretty good job in cleaning my car BUT on collection of my car i noticed that one of my loose carpets are missing on the passenger front side i have asked the staff there and they seem not to find it to then i said if you find it please call me THEN when i got in my car and and switched on my car to leave i got a shock as my radio was so load on and on a different radio station .On there service of cleaning vehicles great job but for the reasons that my one carpet is missing and that they changed radio station in my car and for the extremely load volume that my radio was on to almost the point where you can damage the speakers i would not go backVery disappointed
