Absolutely shocking service! They were called out to clear tree roots from a blocked drain, they did such a poor job that ten days later the drain was blocked again. Then want to charge a further charge out fee of R850 to assess their poor workmanship (we had already paid R1950 to clear the drain). The owner was abusive, aggressive and threatening. Stay well away!

Plumber over charged on a part not needed by 5 times more, despite numerous calls to have them remove the part thats not working. They refuse to get back to me.I have contacted the consumer council and will be laying charges of fraud.I would not recommend them at all - Kempton Park.This will be posted on every platform so everyone can be aware of these fraudsters and ignorance.Bad workmanship - Some items they worked on are worse than they were before.

Exceptionally well priced. Friendly and efficient service. Owner goes the extra mile. My experience at Elite was worth the trip. I heard about this plumbing company through a friend. I will definitely be doing a couple of trips back to Elite for the completion of our home and will continue doing business with them for all our plumbing and electrical requirements. Thank you management and staff for such wonderful service.

OVERPRICED!!! WORK NOT UP TO STANDARD!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!After having my geyser replaced I thought the price was acceptable. The price I paid was only for having the geyser replaced and installed. After having a different plumber come in to issue me a COC, he could not do so as Elite Plumbing did not do the work up to standards and regulations. After contacting Elite Plumbing, they told me it is not their problem.I contacted 3 other plumbers, and all 3 plumbers had a cheaper price to do the same work AND ADDITIONALLY included installation, replacement, all pipe work, a COC and assurance that ALL work will be done according to regulations.DO NOT MAKE USE OF ELITE!!!!!

Did a poor job of removing roots from a block drain and had to call out another company 2 weeks later to resolve. I took this up with Elite Plumbing they were rude and Threatening. I certainly wouldn't recommend using their services.

Terrible experience... plumber does assesment (R850) quotes us and when doing the job costs kept climbing. When I question costs, plumber threatens to remove equipment. Also, a weired payment system. Plumber's job is to keep us hostage" until payment is made (After we already paid an R850 call out fee).Never again..."

Elite Plumbing Only Supply Material At Wholesale Prices. We Dont Do The Actual Plumbing Or Electrical For The Customer. And We Dont Do Call Outs. Visit The Store For The Best Prices In The South.

Beware they dont tell you re their callout charge. ZAR850.00 which is way above the standard rate. Dont take credit card payments. Shop around. One of the best and realiable in Edenvale only charge ZAR350. They not very punctial on their time. You could spend waiting all day for them to arrive even if you book a time. The team that came to me was very pleasant and whenever I called they responded back very quickly. They cleaned up afterwards. Replaced a toilet . Sure I could have got it cheaper than what they charged for the job overall . Dont do the job unless the call out fee of ZAR850 is paid. They still charge for a job they cant do , not sure why they didnt respond when I logged the call electronically or telephonically when I first asked.My lesson learnt was stick to who you know and dont try smaller little known companies.

Very poor experience. Hidden call out fee of R850 with immediate payment demanded. Workmanshipp is also poor. They didn't fix my issue and another provider had to undo what they did.
