Very bad attitude from staff and one who looks like the principal. Customer service is the soul of an enterprise; that is evidently missing here. Treating customers as though they are disturbing you is a turn off for a revisit - that was my experience. Rather than being given a shabby treatment, better to find alternative baking product suppliers.

Thursday the 15th i phones them to ask if thy would be open on Friday the 16 on the public holiday. They confirmed that thy open at 8 o clock. I arrived at 10 to 8 and waited. They arrived after 8. 45 . I Bought anniseed essence and they charged me R70 per bottle. On the bottle is the price R47.00 . I paid and just left because i needed the essence and was in a hurry. Please check the prices that they charge you
