Nice place to stay, parking is a problem,carports aviadable, not big enough my vehicle have to stand outside.

What we loved: The room was spacious, and clean, overlooked the pool and felt very private. It literally felt like home for the weekend so we really enjoyed this! We especially loved being able to have breakfast on the balcony. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and added a very luxurious aspect to the stay.What we didn't like: There was quite a bit of noise from the neighbours (which sounded like partying). Although this happened, we didn't let it affect our stay too much. However, Sonia was highly unwelcoming and unhelpful to me. She seemed to be very friendly with my fiance, but would barely say 2 words to me, without an unfriendly face and manner. The alternative receptionist (didn't catch her name, unfortunately) was lovely, always helpful and really made up for everything Sonia lacked. Eventually, I had to let my fiance speak to Sonia whenever she was there as even he picked up on the hostility, despite me always trying to greet her with a smile and a positive attitude. Had I not encountered Sonia, I would have given them 5 stars.

The place was clean,neat and homely. They went the extra mile for our wedding anniversary which was greatly appreciated. Hippos walked on the street during dinner.

A wonderful place to stay, with good, clean rooms, friendly staff and good location. Has all the amenities. Sonia at front desk was very helpful with all the places of interest in the area. Also has a pool, game room and an on-site restaurant

Lovely unit with modern furnishings in st. Lucia central. Mosquito nets were a plus for me. Clean and tidy, management was friendly and obliging.

The place was great. Room service was efficient with premium bedding and towels provided. It would be great to have a backup generator in the event of loadshedding.

Big and Clean rooms, friendly staff from reception to room service. Great location restaurants and stores just a walk away.

I stayed there on 2 occasions, the first visit was average as I had an issue with the stove which was a bit of a hazard and the oven didn't work...brought this up with the agency that I booked through who offered me a discounted rate to give the property another shot as I was told that they corrected themselves...I booked and paid to my disappointment that it actually turned out to be a worse experience. Jacuzzi didn't work on both visits, the fridge packed up and we had our food spoilt, ticks or fleas in the couch as the group that I went with all got bitten terribly...inconsistent room service and then a rude approach by management whom I called and to date have not made an effort to even apologize. The restaurant on site is overrated and over priced too. When I called I was directed to a few people and the last 2 that I spoke to refer to themselves as people to oversee the property, they do not manage as there are no appointed managers for the resort. So hopefully this reaches the right person. When I brought up the health and safety issue, I was given a terrible attitude in return. I'm not going to waste anymore time calling or emailing hence the review.

Had a good stay with my family. I enjoyed the sauna n jacuzzi receptionist was very friendly with decently come back
