Very helpful and eager to get you sorted out. They have a wide range of spare parts and are knowledgeable about where to use what. Good honest advice without fear of losing the sale. Went in 2 or 3 weeks ago with a friend who was enquiring on a part to order while waiting for feedback from the cashier we decided to look at the helmets the mech and the other female staff member came and stood right behind us with arms folded and annoyed looks on their faces as if we were there to steal. My friend and i became very uncomfortable and disgruntled with this approach. Was not a good experience. Wont be supporting their services anymore.

I went to get a quote from here for a bike I've been looking to get and the service was a really good. It's a relatively smaller shop compared to dealerships in other major cities but the experience was topnotch nonetheless.

A basic service was advertised at R350When I enquired what this covers I was told labour oil and spark plug.I requested a head light globe and tail light globe to be replaced and to check why the turn signals were not flashing. They gave me an estimate total cost of R500.I supplied the oil myself as well.4 and a half hours later I was presented with an invoice for R778. When I tested the flickers they were still not working.So in closing I would not recommend this place to anyone. In my opinion they are dishonest and unethical.

Reasonable pricing, most staff members are friendly and approachable. A pretty good range of products and they order a product if you they don't have it. The workshop for repairs is superb!!!
