I took my elderly uncle there. At 1st the reception where you take your file from, was slow, but beyond that, my uncle was treated with such kindness! He was listened to patiently. For a moment there, it felt like we were in a private facility. The staff is obviously under-resourced, but they make do with what is within their control. Kudos to Masakhane clinc staff.

Bad service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Arrived at the casualties around 20:10 and left 12:05 without getting assistance. I was told only one doctor on duty and I must just sit down and wait. The doctor disappeared for about an hour while it was only three of us in the waiting area. Nurses were sitting around a bar heater in the reception area. When asking the doctor if we gonna get help or not I ended up bn told that I won't even get attended to and was told to go. Nigerian or Congolese doctor by the way.

Don’t expect anyone to greet you upon arrival. They’ll ignore you (on purpose).What l hated about this clinic: - The hygiene is terrible in that place, bathrooms are without water, parking is terrible ( you park your car along the main road), the exit is far away from parking (about 3mins away), the “nurses”’are rude, there’s no order, communication with the “Dr” is very very difficult ( language barrier).What l liked about this clinic: patients are polite and willing to help, the ladies at the X-ray room are professional, the guards are polite ( if you approach them politely ofcourse). Other than that, NOTHING!Never going back!

For me when I was hurt at school at back of my head I had the best like level best but after when I broke my arm thats where I saw that this clinic is one of the best where I would recommend for ER

Been sitting in casualty for hours now, the nurses are literally done with everyone yet the Dr's are literally in a dining restaurant the arrived at 8 and still haven't started working. Is it because it's free service or because it's in a township?

the nurses are good admin staff are a bit problematic sometimes Doctor's appear to know their stuff procedures aren't the greatest the waiting can often take an entire day and some of the doctors can be very unsympathetic
