Fastway Couriers (Durban)

If possible DO NOT USE FASTWAY unlike the name they are incredibly slow. My parcel still has not arrived, I am not getting any response from fast way, the day the parcel was supposed to be delivered I received an email stating the driver could not locate me" and yet there was absolutely no communication from said driver and no message stating that the parcel is arriving. I definitely recommend not using fast way couriers."

One star rating waaayy to much for Fastway. I have dealt with this company in business as also my personal capacity, their service has always been pathetic They claim that they attempted to deliver a parcel, however checking the cameras I have at my gate no one ever arrived at my property from Fastway. I don't even even care for response from the owner because all I have ever received from Fastway was excuses and attitude. Even calling their head office has never proven to be of assistance. I will go so far as to say that I will not even deal with any company that utilises Fastway as they cause nothing but frustration

I’m so disappointed with this service so unprofessional the courier guy that was responsible for the delivery called me on the day he said he can’t make it because he didn’t know the directions and he’ll come back the next day. I’ve been waiting for over 3 days now and still no progress my parcel hasn’t been delivered yet. I regret my decision with this courier service

The parcel arrived on Wednesday according to the website tracker. Sent them an access code for the complex but the driver didn’t deliver the parcel by Saturday afternoon which I urgently needed. A week later still waiting for it. Just try to use someone else. They are not reliable. Can’t do business this incompetent way.

Of the four deliveries I have received via this courier service, I cannot say that I was satisfied with any of them. With all of them, they have not followed the instruction of phoning ahead for an access code to our complex. Each time, they have wanted to leave the parcel with security. I specifically want it delivered to my door, otherwise I would have collected it myself. With the last one, I received a notice on three consecutive days, that it was being delivered that day. It was finally delivered on the third day, 1 hour after entering the complex? I received an email stating that the parcel had been delivered and signed for, but I did not have it. After phoning the service I was told the delivery person was still in the complex on his way to me?? 2 young boys of about 7, had to show them where the flat is. When it was handed over to me, I was not asked to sign for it? Attached are photos of the condition of the parcel.At the bottom of their emails, they ask online sellers to integrate with their services, well I have an online service and I will definitely not make use of them.

I still haven't received my parcel.... Been waiting since Monday. Get an email on Tuesday to say it's on board the vehicle and expect delivery.... Nothing.... Then again yesterday another email to say it's on its way, again nothing..... No calls, no one answering calls or keeping me informed!

Got an email early in the morning confirming parcel is out for delivery. I make myself available the whole day…nothing! I track the parcel, I see they sent it back to the warehouse, why? Only the Creator knows! Customer service is needed in this company. When you can’t make a delivery, have the courtesy to call, email etc - communicate to your customer letting them know what happened, and course of action you are taking to ensure delivery.

ordered a package from salon 500. fastway was supposed to deliver. Still waiting 1 week later after several calls. tried calling fastway this morning. their phones dont work.

This is a shock to me as I've really never had problems with them before... The stood in for Buffalo couriers.... I could not get hold of them for 4 days. Their WhatsApp line doesn't work. Finally got the drivers number who's phone was off... My package had holes and tears in it not happy... Please up your game... Lucky nothing inside could break but still big no...
