Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I called at 9.30pm when I saw a snake on our property. She eased my worry and helped identify the snake within minutes through photos I sent her and she also gave advice on what to do. Thankfully it was a harmless, venomless snake!

Carla came to rescue a rinkhals that had curled up behind a door on our patio. She arrived within 15 minutes of us contacting her, rescued the rinkhals and released it safely into the Melville Koppies nature reserve. All the time she remained calm and explained to us what she was doing & why. Both us and the rinkhals are very happy :-)

The only service you should ever consider:Staying next to a national park in the city means that we share our home with some wildlife - including an assortment of reptilian visitors.Carla and her partner have always responded timeously to our requests for assistance. They attend to us with patience and compassion, sharing interesting and useful information while ensuring the humane retrieval and safe release of the wildlife they find.We cannot say thank you enough.Again, the only service you should ever consider.
