Factory Tile Shop

After order was paid for and placed, I was notified that they don’t have enough tiles for my order. I had to BEG them for OVER a month to get my money back. NEVER again.

Factory Tile Shop In Randburg if I only knew in advance how pathetic and greedy the owner was I should of never dealt with them.Last year July I purchased tiles for my whole house.After putting the tiles on and cleaning the floors, I noticed dark spot and some tiles even had marks on them.This was reported and the representative came out to my house to view the tiles.Apparently whilst the tiles were in production it was not baked properly and thats the reason for the current condition on the tiles.The supplier then authorized a full refund to me however the amount which was authorized was not refunded.The owner of Factory Tile Shop took his profit from the tiles that was purchased and also took a portion from the refund that was given from the supplier.I wish people could be more fair and honest when it came to they Businesses especially the owners!!!
