Pretty Cool Looks

The service we got was horrific, they really need to work on their customer service. Upon our arrival nothing was communicated and then we were expected to have our breakfast on our laps because where we were supposed to eat it was dirty, when we asked for salt for the cold eggs we were told there is no salt. When we complained they became rude n defensive. The highlight of the day was the massage and the facial only. Our food for lunch was left unattended while we did our make up after the facials and we found Flys having a field day and they left proof that they were there, we couldn't eat that food. To say we were disappointed is an under statement.

They need to improve how they speak to their customers.However beautiful place.

There's a lady by the name of Keke, I think she cleans the rooms of the guesthouse. She is so rude, and the manager of Pretty cool looks condoned her behavior. Such bad experience, I would never recommend Pretty cool looks to anyone.... I was visiting Pretty cool not Vardos. So my review is at a right place. Manager of Pretty cool looks is also involved.
