It has to be the worst service I have ever gotten anywhere. There was no willingness to help me. The person constantly cut me off while I was asking questions and had no respect for me. No alternative options was given to our problem. The person didn’t listen to the questions I was asking thus never gave answers and constantly giving me wrong or misleading information. The manager saw there was a problem but didn’t step in to help.Would 100% recommend to avoid the branch.

New look of the store is great, same friendly staff, get nothing but the best service from them. Keep it up guys, will recommend to all my friends and family.

I have been in stores multiple times. I'm trying to regester my ID number to my vodacom sim cart. They have all my information and I asked to call me more then once. I still don't know if it was done.

Avoid at all costs. I went on Mon and enquired about a new contract and new phone - asked for assistance between 2 phones - was told almost the same - is that a proper answer? Came home and got my answers here. Confirmed order early next morning - had to send a text as the phone was not answered. Have been phoning daily if not twice daily to get feedback! Useless and incompetent are words that come to mind. The manager sloffs around and there is a I dont care attitude

My wife & I were assisted by Rachel, and I must honestly congratulate Vodacom with employing such an excellent consultant. She was very patient, and helpful! In all the years of dealing with Vodacom and and Vodacom stores she is absolutely the best consultant we have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service! She is an absolute asset and will be to any company that deals with the public! Thank you Rachel for your exceptional service we are very appreciative for everything! Hope that you will be available to assist with our upgrades when we are due, and if you move up in position or to another store kindly let us know as we will travel to be assisted by you! The staff was very helpful with all my queries and got it resolved quick and efficient.I would highly recommend this store to everyone to get all their needs done.

Im a good loyal paying client to vodacom for more than 10 years and i never had so bad service from vodacom ever....I'm struggling with my data speed on my contract from first of January on a 400g data sim (it shouldnt be throttled but it looks like it) i have been at the vodacom shop more than i can count at mall at reds and they keep ons sending mails and mails with ticket numbers but till today im still nowhere.. i spoke to dwayne and Melani they assisted me but they dont come back to me i need to phone in in order to get any feedback from them. the tech side on vodacom was supposed to phone me back weeks ago and guese what im still waiting for their phone call.I keep on getting the same message and feedback from Melani and dwayne when i go in to the shop but no results i mean really it cant be that hard to solve this problem .Can someone please give me the director's number or email so that i can phone him/her or email to inform them how incompetent (not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully.) Vodacom is and the under qualified stuff that they have running their stores.Im not a bad person but if this is the only way to get thru to get something done then ill do it.hopefully someone will get this message and resolve my problem ASAP.

Was there the week end to change my debit order date. But as per usual with this shop you get no service. They could not assist me with my debit order date aswell as take no effort to help me with my problem. The customer service in this shop is pathetic. I also did my internet upgrade at this shop and was given incorrect information. I was told as soon as I leave the store my internet will be uncapped with was not the case. The staff in my opinion is untrained and and don't know how to help customers with there queries or problems.

Been waiting for vodacom to return my calls since Friday last week. Meanwhile, I have called them back 4 times. Not the first time I've experienced poor service from this store either and yet somehow they always have excuses

We were there and the service from Michelle was superb. It was very busy but were helped very fast and sufficiently. Thank you. Also a special thanks to Leon from your Hatfield branch that went the extra mile to find the laptop we wanted at your branch. We can definitely recommend Hatfield Vodacom aswell as Mall@Reds Vodacom.
