I’m spending a lot of money here lol…. I love their bun on the go with pecan nuts, service is good, but the prices are not cheap.

Went during Christmas trading hours on a Saturday evening, so could forgive the slow service when assisting the 2 customers ahead of me. But can't forgive the misrepresentation of the 6 pack minibon offer. Says nothing of there being a specific selection of two of each topping in a pre-packed box. Firstly, these had been packed a day or two previously. Secondly the assistant said the customer can't choose which 6. Not enjoyable.

Stood behind the till for five minutes waiting for my order to be taken. To be fair the lady preparing had four drinks orders she was busy with. Another man came to assist her as he saw she's busy, and ended up helping a customer who isn't even standing infront of the till with her order before mine. That customer arrived after me. I'll take my money elsewhere.

After ordering, I realise its too much as the buns are rich. Asked if I can change the order, replied with an annoyed face and dispicable expression: no. OK, you might get extra oder from me today but you have also earned to be in my write-off list. How brilliant way of doing business.

I ordered via ubereats and they gave me old crumbly cinnabuns. They weren't gooey as they are supposed to be. Even after heating as per instructions.To cover up, they excessively smothered them with frosting.This is soo disappointing.Don't order via delivery apps!!

Staff are rude, the guy assisting me coughed over my order and expected me to take it. I had to bring to his attention what he did, and ask him to replace it.

placed an order this morning and tracked it on the app but to my surprise, it didn't arrive and it has been marked as delivered on the app. Money has been debited from my account but I didn't get my order. Its like I paid for nothing. I demand a refund asap as this is inconvenient. My poor child is crying as she was eagerly waiting for the order.

I am so disappointed, after warning them up they are still as hard as a rock. Very unfair. What a waste of money. Don’t buy the already packed cinnabons they are not fresh

Just did a quick stop to grab some snacks and man the enthusiasm and friendly service from Edgar was really awesome! Straight from the greeting to the instructions on reheating the buns at home was truly how service is meant to be! Best man for front of house! Thanx bud! Appreciate the experience!!
