Good service and I was assistant on time

IThe security personnel was very rude. I know is Covid times but being addressed through the security fence is not polite. And is not professional to inform clients that you cannot assist them because you are going for lunch. How about you rotate taking lunch breaks.

The service was very poor ,we were only 5 on the queue but it took three hours to be helped.

The service becomes slow when you are about to pay. Cashiers are insufficient.

the place was being renovated, when i went, the security staff was very friendly, informative and profesional, thats were the profesionalism ended, wow, i met one of the rudest, most unfriendly female ive ever seen,I have never in my life seen a more entitled person just talking down to people and tetung to exagwrate her importance on all people, had to finaly leave with out being helped due to her attitude,Batho pele principle does not exist here, I hope the security company 【vhugi security company】 can give the home affairs staff training on how to treat people in a working environment. the 2 stars were earned by the security company while the homeaffairs staff get a 0 from me

The place I got my licence. I know people complain of corruption and bribes at other traffic centers, this one is the cleanest.

There some people very kind and respectful... good service
