Absolutely shocking experience I’ve had today 04/10/2022 ! My information was leaked by the owner to someone who informed this company that she was not the person they are looking for several times! My address was given to this person with a threat that the owner will come retrieve the payment for flowers from my home, I have screenshots of threats that were sent to this woman, the names of my family members were given out to this woman over the phone !! Have you heard of POPIA ???? I will be lodging a formal complaint with the information Regulator board! How dare you give our personal information over the phone for someone to come contact me over social media !! Shame on you and this is why your business will never thrive ! I am absolutely horrified and do not recommend this company to anyone as your personal information will be leaked to any stranger!
