Would give no stars if I could! I ordered online on the 21/8/2022, order number MAK3814658, the delivery was split into 2 and received part of my order but items valued at around R500.00 are missing, have phoned the call centre 5 times now and each time I am told it will be escalated, but to date nothing has changed. I still have no items or received a refund. Tried to phone the store direct and the line is constantly engaged. Is there no way to speak to someone in Management??????

Currently at Makro Vaal, and received unacceptable service. The floor person just removed me from the queue to put someone else in my place and she can't answer what if my husband comes back with the Makro card. Husband is back she's just staring and playing on her phone while we have to wait now.

One of africa largest shopping stores, have everything from appliances, groceries, tech stuff, butchery, bakery, furniture, gardening and liquor store. The place is tidy and neat with staff that is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and the store can get packed and the queue is sometimes long but they have introduced a quick check point for customer with ten items or less. Great shopping experience

Massive store with anything and everything you may need. There are many specials (buy 3 for R100 etc.) and also very competitively priced. Many different areas/sections (electronics, food, children's toys, sport, garden, clothing, alcoholic beverages) that you can go through and find what you are looking for.Above all the shopping, there is a Wiesenhof coffee shop situated inside the store where you can enjoy something to eat and drink.Really enjoyable store that suits all a customer may need. Highly recommended: Five stars.

Service was good more with the Promoters i got what I needed

A wonderful place to shop for bargains.Pity that there were only 7 cashiers serving the never ending row of customers.
