1star just for the hardworking star,wouldnt recommend this place to anyone..Owners are just hungry for money&dont care about their clients,we had the worst experience ever.They take bookings of many people but cant cope,The very same people that do massage also are the ones serving food&drinks.We got champagne that was poured in dirty unwashed glasses with lipstick,the staff looked tired already cause of running around.The gowns that we were given came straight from the other group of ladies that just removed them.The thought of hygeine&covid doesnt bother them..Dont waste your money going there,Bigup to the staff for they just deserve to get a better place&boss to work for

Most unorganized spa I have been to. Would not recommend. Lunch was 2 small very dry chicken pieces. 2 patato wedges and very basic salad, no dressing or salt. We paid for a full day spa session yet we were done at 11:00. The waiting between sessions were longer than the sessions it self. The higense is shocking Reusing facial sponges. Flipflips are being reused. There is no tranquility pleople were talking and shouting outside. It was a horroble experience.

Standard facilities, with pool

The lunch was very delicious and so were the drinks, both the welcome drinks and those that accompanied the food. However, there's just too much that is happening for the small place that it is. I suppose if someone visits when it's quiet, they'd have a good time but when it's as packed and busy as it was last week, a lot of things that can go wrong do go wrong. Not enough client privacy, staff walking in and out of the massage rooms as clients are receiving treatments, treatments seemed to be rushed or rather lacking the fine detail that would make all the difference. There wasn't enough verbal engagement with us as the clients, and I suppose that's because they needed to get to other clients as well. I've done better facials at home by myself. There's definitely a lot of room for improvement and I think if they put in the work, they can change drastically for the better.

Good place to chill and to sleep over

Will not go here again. We were ignored for a good 10mins after arriving. We also had to beg for the main gate to be closed due to unsecure parking, not only was it on manual (meaning anyone can open it from inside or outside), then we were told we'd have to run up & down during treatments to move our car if needed. The venue is really shoddy and poorly maintained ... chipped walls, unfinished building & just dusty all round. While we were deciding if we really wanted to be there, we asked for the complimentary welcome drink ... we still don't know what it was after having a taste, so we did not drink it. We sat in the garden"

Friendly staff ND best service ever

They need to get bigger space and more staff for the attainment of professionalism to their clients.
