There is a lady by the name Gaga from the control room on who is rude and forces the guard to say wrong things I witnessed this with my eyes and I have proof of this lady being rude several occasions. RIA SEBETSA service is horrible do not use this service they can't protect their clients

Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Phone gets answered when they feel like. They read your texts on whatsapp and ignore you. Relief guards are untrained. Guards don’t wear masks in this Covid pandemic.Not worth using. Use them at your own risk.

Ria security isn't a company that you can call trustworthy. Instead they rather make money off the unemployed by charging them R1000 for employment. All big companies don't do what Ria security does. That's why with all the proof I'm forced to forward it to PSIRA and department of labour for further investigation. There controllers aren't PSIRA material and that's up to PSIRA to deal with them. I person that has years of experience gets treated like a nobody cause they prefer cheap labour

Poor service especially the lady named Gaga very rude.Control room doesn't investigate how their security works and what happens when they recievd calls.Their securities are manipulated to do certain things against their law.I am disappointed in Ria Sebetsa service. If I could give Zero I could do so
