We have waited nearly 4 months for our parts. They are vague in the extreme and full of stories. Today was to be the day for the service and replacement parts to happen. But, NO. More stories and excuses.

You will use this business to your own detriment!! Sent washing machine in, came back with more repairs. Get the idea machine is damaged on purpose in order for them to generate more repairs which they then will fix"!! Does not deserve the one star!!"
