Citi Homes is a really nice rental agency to rent from. I appreciate the transparent and quick communication around the rental agreements. They are also very responsive even after the contract signing unlike other agencies I've rented from in Cape Town. Usually it's been my experience that once the contract is signed it's impossible to get a hold of anyone. I really appreciate how quickly they'll respond to flat repair issues.
