Excellent service. After an hour + wait, Clicks told me that my medical aid wont pay any of the meds and at Pharma Valu the very efficient pharmacist, Juanita Payne, had no problem putting it through and I only had to pay in R9. And she did it in less than 10 min. Thank you so much.

The staff is always friedly. And the service quick with no problems. Been shopping for a few years (2020) at this outlet. No complains fees is cheaper then Dischem and Clicks. I stay close to Dischem. But i would rather come here for the amazing service and friedly staff. U feel always welcome xxx

The stuff members are friendly except for an elderly lady (Elsie) who should probably go on pension because she is VERY RUDE and IMPATIENT. She couldn’t wait to get rid of me when I went to get my prescription. It wasn’t the first time I had an issue with her customer service.They have no sense of urgency either. I always wait in the queue for a minimum of 20 minutes before somebody attends to me. I found an alternative pharmacy because there’s no respect for customers here.

Don't promise you will have CHRONIC medication ordered in time for someone before they go on holiday then you fail to deliver and get upset with the customer for being on schedule 6 medication. This has caused so many problems for my trip now as I cannot leave without my medication. Getting tired of them knowing I have been on this medication for years yet they NEVER have in stock.

Just amazing service, needed to get my second jab before traveling for work tomorrow. I went to where I got my 1st shot the vaccination centre had closed. Phoned Pharma Valu and Marius was able to get me a slot at very short notice, where someone had cancelled. Much appreciated!

Please train your personnel that work with the public regarding your travel PCR testing... I wasted time standing in a very long queue today.. Travel referrals are not paid by the Medical Aid and you are charging R850 per test... I was assisted at another facility and paid only R500. I did call your branch and they are awaiting confimation from HQ to change the price... In the meantime, members of the public are paying R850. Quite exorbitant in tough times!!

Terrible service and the staff has no idea what’s going on in there. My husband and I had to renew our medication, first they couldn’t find my husbands medication as there are 3 separate profiles, so every time we get new meds they upload it on a different profile resulting in them not finding our script or medication trail. They forgot to add an item upon payment, I noticed it when the bank sent me an sms of the payment that went through. I returned to the pharmacy asking them to add the item so I can pay it (me being an honest person). Upon investigation an enormous confusion broke out, some say the payment was doneand some say I have to pay. By the end I paid but I do feel that it could have been sorted very easily and quickly only if the staff knew what was going on and being more patient with you when trying to explain your story - to help them - should I add!! When we asked for the profiles to be merged to avoid the confusion in the future, the lady told us that it would have to be done in the week as she is not suppose to be working today and she’s only here to stand in for someone else. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

We keep going back to this pharmacy giving in our scripts and now I'm starting to wonder why?? We keep having issues with things not being done. Saturday we paid for a delivery because they did not have stock and would del on Monday. It's Tuesday and still nothing by now We know phoning the pharmacy does not work as the last issue was to get the script from one pharmacy to the other and I was put on hold for 7 mins and then the staff member raised her voice to me and told me they would phone me. Just resolving this took a week. So if you are on medication and can not go without it I recommend not using this pharmacy
