Cosy, rustic place for weddings and other events. Delicious food, worth waiting for.Lovely garden for taking photos.

If only I could give a 0 stars rating.We all know weddings don't come cheap, so im saving you the trouble. Please don't waste your time or money getting involved with these people at this venue.Yes, the venue itself is beautiful, BUTI had stressed on my big day of things that a bride shouldn't have to worry about. We had meetings before the day, to prep and discuss about the details. i know weddings are never perfect, but when you pay so much it really gets you to think of all these little things like the waiters to help , they were not fully informed properly for what had to happen and they left without tidying up all the plates once the rest of the guests finished eating. The food arrived late even after they discussed in the meetings that they will be served on time and we don't need to worry. ( Yeah 2 hours later...)No matter how many candles and fairylights you ask them to put to make the room brighter, it's still dark. When you asked them to put the leftover food and cake in foam trays so it can be taken later, they left all of it out. Believe me when I tell you that they don't care because I was worried that their chickens were going to eat my exposed cake the morning after.As newlyweds you would want your bridal suite at their venue to have a few candles or some flower petals on the bed right ? Well at this venue it's a normal room that had a broken window and their dog that scares you the following morning at your door.Flowers, don't even get me started at how much she charges and doesn't even decorate enough of the places you told her to decorate them with .Even though you can't do anything about it after the day is gone. I dont want someone else to go through it or worse.

Really beautiful wedding venue, gardens, barn itself!The food was amazing...one thing that makes or breaks a wedding...the standard of catering - but this was 5 star and more !

Stunning wedding venue. Staff very friendly and the food is excellent.

This venue is located just outside Pietersburg. The venue is small but inventive. There are a lot of details and thought put into the decorations inside and outside the hall. The staff were friendly and we had a great wedding experience with our friends. It does tend to get extra cold there at some points, so I would rather recommend this place for summer or spring events. They have beautiful accommodation on sit. All and all a good experience and a happy guest.
