A tucked away gem in Constantia. Best vegan breakfast by far that I've had anywhere in the country. Friendly, helpful staff and delicious, healthy food whether you want to unblock arteries or follow a plant based diet. Their fridge is also stacked with creative treats to eat in or take home.

Vegetarian and vegan meals, served away from the hustle and bustle of the main mall.Pity that the view overlooks the parking lot.Well priced and very tasty food.Order at the counter, not from a waiter.Good for “meat free mondays” or for omnivores with veggie friends / family.Recommended

Met a friend and had lunch for the first time here - wow, vegan heaven! It was wonderful sitting outside, being shaded but still having the sun wonderfully on our backs. Hardworking waiters and very helpful gentleman behind the counter. The fritter was delicious and the iced coffee perfect for the sunny day. Highly recommended! (Edit was grammatical error in my writing)

A quaint little café at the end of Constantia Village. It has everything you would expect from a coffee shop. Delicious food, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The food was a little pricey for the portions however I feel the above mentioned makes up for it.

Their salads and veg bunless burger are always fantastic!(here with a kale salad and my friend got brown rice with pesto and zucchin - wow! ) Always freshly made and a great variety. I am not vegan but love to eat lunch here! Great coffee and friendly service.

Nice clean and airy atmosphere. Good amount of outdoor seating. I dont like that there is no big menu on the wall. Had to block the the cashier counter from other customers just to see the full menu with prices. Also items in the fridge are not price labelled so you have to ask! Had a vegan buddha bowl which was very nice. The portion was a bit modest, but it was very tasty and reasonably priced.

We stopped for breakfast at Spirit Cafe. I had the spinach and feta muffin and hubby had the Turkish egg breakfast. Hubby really enjoyed his breakfast. Good selection of vegan / vegetarian type dishes. Very friendly service.

Very cute and cosy café. The staff are helpful and friendly. The Covid19 regulations were followed. The offer delicious vegan and vegetarian options. The coffee was so so so good! Make sure to stop by and enjoy their breakfast/lunch options
