Terrible experience that cost me more than R15k with more in time and inconvenience, and the car is worse that when they received it. They refused to acknowledge that they screwed my car up and actually wanted to charge me more, citing additional problems. Stay away from this place as they will rob you and blame you. The mechanics don't know anything about what they are doing. Please rather take your car to a reputable workshop and get a guarantee.

I will not refer anyone to them wile they where working on our car 2 people came in with problems after they worked on there cars. We also had to go back never pointing out one wheel is spare on car so not writhe size weel and car pulled screw and I did not forgot that.

At first I was hesitant as I've not heard of this place before. I found a bargain on Wikideals and decided to do my wheel alignment and balancing. Nothing but good vibes and professionalism. A gentleman by the name of Chris spoke me through everything that he did. The owner seems like a great man as well. Keep it up guys.

Had my wheel alignment done and I am happy with the service I received and the team even went an extra mile to checkup on my car and was told faults which I wasn't aware of will surely have to bring in my car for fixing .

Friendly guys until I asked for the Tyres to be rotated after balancing. Rotation cost R80 for what. What's the differenceThe Tyres have to be removed for balancing. I asked Khan to explain the difference. He's talking about electricity cost. It's simply putting the front Tyre at the rear and visa versa. I told him it's more labour's involved in the method they currently use. But he's adamant it's extra. The voucher does not mention rotation but going the extra mile for any customer means more business in the long run. What they must learn is simple: a happy customer means 10 more customers. They want to save R2 electric but waste labour with his current method and lose a customer who can bring him more customers. Penny wise pound foolish. Unfortunately I have another voucher for my merc so I will bring it as those Tyres cannot be rotated but that's the end of the road as far as AZ and I go. I drove onto the M5 and felt my car pulling to the left. I immediately went back to AZ and was met by a very very angry moslem man. He very rudely asked me when did I speak to him as he's Mr Khan. I explained that upon entry of asked for Mr Khan and the two employees said yes. So I thought one of the employees was Khan. It was a misunderstanding. I explained to him that the vehicle after they had done the alignment is pulling to the left. He was more focused on the google review and was insisting that he will not help me. He very angrily and arrogantly refused insisting that something was wrong with my vehicle and that's why I brought it in. I told him the vehicle is only 8000 KS and it's my standard policy with all my vehicles to have the alignment wheels balanced and rotated regularly. But he forgot it's holy month of Ramadan and lost his cool, angrily refused to check my alignment. He tells me to get a refund from Wiki deals and walks away refusing to fix the problem. I shall never recommend MrKhan and AZ Alignment to anyone. Mr Khan was rude, arrogant and robbed me during the Holy Month of Ramadan. Now I have to go to another company to fix my alignment. I'll see you in court Mr Khan. Shocking to experience such poor service, arrogance and rudeness from a moslem during the holy month of fasting. I've read the company response and I'm shocked that Mr Khan is more focusing on rescuing his business repitition and totally forgetting that he's fasting during this Holy Month of Ramadan. My vehicle was on the ramp, the front tyre was being removed when I asked for the rotation. Your response that I requested after the job was complete is a blatant lie, It's Ramadan, stop telling lies.

I sent someone with my car yesterday and was quoted by a guy name Rasta. The whole amount of fix and supply was 3370 . So we offered to buy our own spares since the their labour was pegged at 650. Upon coming back 45min later Rasta changed saying if you bring your own spares the amount for labour was going to be 1500 ? We actually found out he had double quoted d us the spares where only bouth ffor 1150. So he was not happy that we decided to but our own spares. We ended up stranded with our spare parts.
