Went there this morning to exchange nappies (because my little one is potty trained) and some formula milk as she doesn't drink it anymore. The staff was so friendly from the moment I entered the store, everyone was extremely helpful. I will definitely be going there again. Excellent service and their helpfulness and friendliness made my day.

This is a large and clean store.The prices are excellent! I don't think any other franchise could beat them on price.They have a variety of products from nappies, cots, prams, toys, clothes, foods, you name it.The staff were friendly and very helpful!Highly recommended.

Fantastic and friendly staff. Always helpful and the manager is approachable, helpful and friendly.Floor staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell. They were able to source products that were not available and always come back to us in a timely manner. Will definitely come back here

Sold us a defective potty step. Rubber feet underneath were missing. We lost the sheet of paper stuck to the top. On returning it they refused to refund us because the feet were missing and there was no paper taped to the top. Zero marks for customer care.

Bought a baby walker this afternoon, my 7mnth daughter was very excited about it. She didn't even want to get off from one on the floor. Bought one & got home it's totally a mess They inputted 2 defrent sets in, on from the & one from the other. The only thing thar fitted properly was only the wheels I'm so furious as for my gal she's very disappointed that could not play with her new toy. Tomorrow I will be making an extra trip to the shop for this. Not very nice to say the least.

Being pregnant and preparing for your first baby can be stressful. But with the help of Riaan he made things so much easier for us. He gave us mindful advice, he was thoughtful in his suggestions and went out of his way to help us exchange our car seat etc. I would highly recommend him and appreciate all his help and support!

You exceed my expectations everytime I order online.Today I ordered something online at 11am, was expecting delivery following day or 2 but received my order before 1:30pm same day.Excellent service.
