I was so impressed by Jo's customer service, from start to finish. The online booking experience was seamless, from filling in the contact form, to her phoning me, to follow-up reminders of your booking and a link to her address. When I arrived, she took the time to thoroughly explain the process and how to take care of my lashes. She is a true professional and I will definitely recommend her to anyone. I've been going to Jo for some time now and her services keep expanding to have a more pleasant and convenient treatment. She has gone away from harsh chemicals that can damage your lashes in the long run and is using a more natural treatment. As you can see I still got results that I had before, just with a better product. Love the studio, it's clean, quiet and feels relaxing to walk in. Her approach is unlike any other I've dealt with (and I've dealt with a few), she is warm, friendly, she takes pride in her work, her work station is always neat and tidy, the ambiance is relaxed with soft background music, light and airy with a comfortable bed, in summer it's kept cool with a air-con, and in winter a electric blanket keeps you comfortable and warm. She takes care in accessing your lashes conditions, explains what she does, why she does it, she explains lash care thru cleansing and has products of the highest quality and standards on offer. Jo is constantly abreast with the latest products and technology pertaining to her profession, she sources only the best for her clients which also speaks volumes of her own standards and standard of workmanship. She takes meticulous care when cleansing and applying lashes. After she's done, your eyes do not feel weighed down, or crusty, as a result of her way of application you lashes look natural, and last longer. When you leave Jo, not only do you look good but feel good too. Jo, herself is warm person, very eloquently spoken, always well presented, takes pride in her appearance and you most certainly have a friend in her which makes you look forward to your next appointment and your chats. Jo comes highly recommended!!! I have colour lashes (royal blue, lavender, pink) which allows for fun and a bit of experimenting, and Jo is always up for the challenge, and I have had so much compliments!! She is absolutely amazing. The product she uses is unlike anything I've had before. It is so soft and natural it literally looks like you where born with long beautiful lashes. Once you've done lashes with Jo you won't go anywhere else.
