At short notice I contacted you and you were able to fulfil my order of 24 pink inspired cupcakes and 24 fun sprinkle cupcakes. Not only were your cupcakes beautiful but they were also delicious and fresh as well as beautifully boxed.

I am aware of exactly what happened and even though you have gotten some of the details in this message incorrect, I will not focus on that because that is not the reason for the 1 star.The 1 star is for your mannerism and the way you communicate details. For someone who is in customer service, your people skills are lacking. This is a common trend in most of the poor ratings you have received. If I were you, I’d do some self introspection and figure out why so many people have an issue with my attitude. Polish up on your people skills, read up on how to communicate with customers and when in doubt, let someone else read what you wrote before sending or posting it. Anyway all the best with your business.

Akshi came through for me at the last minute when I only had one week left for my daughters 20th birthday. She is not only an amazing baker but. True artist. Due to the short notice she could not get the color I wanted but when she came up with a different color the cake came out better than ever. It was delicious and I am not even a sweet tooth person. Thank you so much Kreamy Kreations your cake was the talk of the week.

Kreamy Kreations made the most amazingly fluffy & delicious cake I've had in years. All our guests, big & small, loved the cake!Though, somehow the amazing cake wasn't even the best part of the experience. Kreamy Kreations willingness to help at the 11th hour and to go WAY above and beyond was what made the experience even more special.As a wonderful baker and perhaps an even nicer person, I can't recommend their cakes enough.

1 star is generous for this transaction. We ordered a cake for my birthday that was supposed to have extensive macaroons and my name on it but we received a cake with 3 macaroons and a plain plastic happy birthday sign stuck in it. While this is something we could look past, what followed was a severely lacking business ethic, and base-level unprofessionalism.The “vanilla” cake inside was dry, uninspiring and tasteless - it reminded me of pre-made trifle sponge. It was falling apart from the second we cut into it. The icing was slightly bitter with a rich hint of blandness at best. Over and above this, due to our EFT not reflecting on the business owners side, we gave her a second payment in cash. Nonetheless, she gave us a complete run around for an entire month before finally returning our second payment back to us, but not before giving us a response to our complaints - she feels we should all be kind and not complain as this is a hard time for everyone.The cakes are tasteless and dry, and the business ethic is emotion-driven and unprofessional, and this can also be seen in the other negative reviews. I didn’t realise being confrontational with your customer is now an acceptable small business technique. They really showed us.Please note that the first picture along with this review was styled by myself, with my own cake tray, along with the 10 “free” cupcakes that came along with the order. I had to do something to elevate the obscure audacity that was screaming in my face. The second picture is what was given to us. 3 macaroons? No personalised name? No sign of blending? A waste of time and R750. I’ll stick to Chateaux.P.S: it’s “self-taught baker” not “self thought baker”.Edit for the owner: Actually Akshi, this post was not only put up because of the refund but also because the quality of your product in my opinion was terrible. When the money didn’t reflect in your account, we liaised accordingly with you and checked with our bank, who said the money had left our account, we sent you proof of payment and you were to check with your bank. Furthermore, you are insinuating that we are lying about what we asked for when I specifically know I asked for my name on the cake, and my mother would not fail to mention that in the request. Lastly, as a baker working with this material you should know that acrylic is a type of plastic (thermoplastic).I will leave you with this sentiment (that you should be familiar with in your line of work) about criticism that you construe as “nastiness out of anger” - if you can’t handle the heat, then get out the kitchen. Disappointed with a wedding cake that looked better than it tasted, and we didn't end up serving.*This is intended as a constructive review based on my personal experience and opinion.*Each person's experience may be different and I read a few positive reviews and saw lovely pics of prior wedding cakes done before, which is why we went ahead with quickly securing the order and didn't hesitate when we were told that there would be extra charges for the additional details requested as well. The one thing I had hoped for was not to have to stress about the cake amidst all else. Unfortunately, for our wedding day, a once in a lifetime event, what was received fell far below expectations. Sadly, such a waste and huge disappointment.Ordered a 2 tier vanilla buttercream wedding cake with flowers, as per standard option provided, and requested additional details including gold leaf on the cake and pearl work around the base of each tier. When collected, I did not expect that the beadwork wasn't actually piped but rather a string of plastic beads, half the flowers were plastic too and not fresh and the gold was very minimal to the extent that I almost didn't notice it at all, looked like an afterthought and rather sloppily added on. Upon cutting into the cake, it started crumbling quite a bit, which turned out to be the sign of how dry it actually was and on closer inspection, the edges were borderline burnt and rather unappetizing. We didn't end up actually serving any to our guests and luckily had other dessert options available.
