This was my first time at Luxe beauty. I just wanted to try them out. I drove all the way from Gardens to Brooklyn.They are very unprofessional in terms of double booking. I booked a 14:30 appointment for lashes and only got them starting at 16:00 and they only finished 17:00. The lady that was there before me also got served 2 hours later than her appointment. Whilst chatting to her she asked me if this was my first time there and I said yes. She was like this is what they do last week her cousin came in at 11:00 and only got served at 16:00.I am very big on time management and I wasn’t happy I had to wait so long.The lashes were okay so if you don’t mind the wait.

I received very good service.They friendly and caring. Nice and relaxing atmosphere.

This was the worst experience I ever had in my life. Firstly the lady who did my lashes was extremely rude and unprofessional.She did such a terrible job with the lashes, she stuck 3/4 with the wrong glue, the lashes were so hard you could not even brush them, then I asked them to remove or because it was sticking in my eyes.The used the cheapest product to remove it and it burned my eyes but still did not come off.I has to go to Sorbet to remove it the correct way.My eyes are still swollen and red.Do not do your lashes here as I don’t even think they have the correct training to do so. Urgh 0 stars if I could. Never will put my feet in this place again.

Warm, professional and whimsical atmosphere. Well kept and clean. The receptionist is great and my nail tech Tony is the most talented and detailed artist I have been to. Super impressed.

When I went here they did the worst job everMy sister went recently and they made her eyelashes all one length and waxed almost all her brows off, on top of that the service was horrible and the lady doing this was very rude, they also made her pay for the terrible job, do not go there unless you want to leave crying

I had a terrible experience at this salon with my lash extensions. Not only did they fall off within only two days of getting them done

I have been going to Luxe for a year now and l have no regrets.This is now my second home, lovely ladies with a good vibe always.

Quaint little beauty shop but such exceptional service. I had a Hollywood wax done, and im so impressed with the results. I'll definitely be going again.

The best place to relax and chill. The place offers the best pedis and Manis.
