A huge disappointment!! Don’t go there !! Not recommended !!Absolute disgrace, my sister and I went to the Claremont branch. Terrible service disregard for customer service and customer needs ! Advertise gel tips but it’s just acrylic tips with gel paint over it, their quality is poor could do a better job at home! The overall manicure is very poorly done sizes and shapes of tips are scewed, bumpy, uneven and not painted with care!Pedicure gel paint peeling and wiped off the same day in the evening.Manicure gel tips paint is not set and texture has become bumpy over 1 day!! Don’t trust their affordable prices, staff are also a huge disappointment!Very unhappy customer will not recommend !

Honestly had the best experience - Brilliant & Thembi are both fantastic technicians that are meticulous in their service, they are witty and funny, and I love my nails. BOA's environment is super clean, a lot more relaxing and professional than other beauty bars I have visited and they even offer champagne. Highly recommend BOA Bree Street.

Have been here twice now. Had gel done on my toes about 2 weeks ago and they still look beautiful and nothing has chipped. Had my nails done with gel as well 5 days ago and two completely popped off last night. The one is also beginning to lift. I have had my nails done elsewhere before where it would last more than a month. Boa's quality seems so vary and isn't consistent. Would probably recommend going to a more expensive place but with a better quality outcome.Update: 10 days after I had my nails done most of them started lifting and I could just peel them off. Very disappointed.

Amazing space and work. I highly recommend this place. I had the Royal treatment, and everything from the hands to the feed was perfect. Awesome start for your day (or birthday).

I CANNOT RAVE ENOUGH!I've been going to Boa Beauty Bar for over a year and love them!Staff are friendly, massive range of nail colours and lastly, the price point and value for money is amazing!My gel nails last around 3 weeks with no chipping.Keep it up guys xx

I normally come here for my deluxe/queen pedi and I’ve never had any bad experience but 2 days I go I did my gel manicure overlay for the first time. Didn’t really pay attention to the end result cause I was rushing somewhereNow looking at my nails when I got home I’m disappointed ☹️ nails are not evenly Coated and they are bumpy even myself I would have done a better job!

My first nail experience and I LOVE IT! Friendly staff and so flexible. They made time for 2 friends even though they were fully booked. I can only recommend this nail bar!

The service was great and the nail bar is beautiful however, my nails chipped on the same day. It hasn’t been a week but my nails and toes are in complete shambles. I spent a lot of money for the package I chose but didn’t get any value for it.
