Natalie's service was excellent. What I found quite mind-blowing was her unselfishness; She had just bought an X-ray machine, but didn't use it. She said she would love to charge me for an X-ray but considered it unlikely that there were broken bones. Come back after 2 days if there seems to be a fracture.

Absolutely great with animals. My napolitean mastiff developed manners when she met the vet. Stood there thinking wow. She was so patient with Manuella. Manuella just loved the visit, did not run around tearing the place down. My cats was equally comfy. Tim recovered so well after his surgery. Natalie explained my yorkie had a murmur so well. I understood exactly what needs to be done. Absolutely a wizard with animals and can communicate with this human as well. All that I love in a vet.

Dr Natalie is really the kindest vet. She had lots of trouble with our kitten who had an uncommon genetic issue. Nevertheless she was patient with us and did the best she could till the very end. She also offered reassurance when we had to make a very hard decision, and didn't judge us accordingly. She always makes you feel at ease and truly she makes us feel like family. She's also never too busy to answer a question. That being said she is very honest and practices excellently with great care. She is also very reasonable with regards to pricing. Thanks again.

I get the feeling Natalie does what she does out of love and perhaps a sense of responsibility. Maybe I'm wrong since these are assumptions, but I can guarantee you that you will not find somebody who doesnt care there. Also very proffesional, friendly and all that jazz :)

While I was on a weekend away in Magaliesberg my miniature Schnauzer came across a cobra and got a blast of venom in his eyes. I took him to Dr Natalie from Oaktree Petcare late the Friday evening.....she had everything ready when we arrived and was very friendly and professional and attended to my dog immediately. She also offered to see him on Sunday free of charge just to make sure he is okay. Yes it is her job as a vet but its not what you do as a vet but the way you do your job and treat animals and their humans that makes the difference. Thank you for this kind, caring and professional lady. 5 Stars for Oaktree Petcare.
