This morning i took my 2 blankets of my dogs to the laundry which i normally do on a monthly without any problems.I always try and clean them before i go hand them in.This morning when i dropped them, the moment i opened the bag, the lady gave me a stink attitude and said, oh we dont do pet blankets".Apparently it is written in their shop that they do not do them

I'm missing some items from my laundry basket I know exactly which items I sent..the most expensive items are missing please make a plan I'll be coming in with pics of what's missing..this has never happened before I am aware I kept my laundry there for quite sometime and the lady did mention it to me that they were about to be sold so if it happens that any of them took out those items before it being sold I urge them to please bring them back.

Shocking customer service. My jacket came back with a new stain on it. Poor management, definitely won't be using them again.
